Overseas & Canadian orders will show no shipping charges when ordering. We ship via US Mail to Canada and other countries, and shipping is based on size and weight. Shipping charges will be added as your items are packed. The average shipping charge for overseas and Canadian orders is $15 - $25.
Returns on Sharkee Made Products:
Returns will be accepted on defective merchandise and replaced immediately. Unopened products may be returned for a refund. We stand behind our products and are here to serve you.
Returns and Exchanges on Immortal Products
We will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed and unaltered) merchandise within 30 days of your original shipping date. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. A full refund, minus shipping, will be credited or a replacement can be requested. You are responsible for all costs incurred in shipping the package back to us. Please enclose a copy of your invoice as well as a note stating the nature of your return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Please send all returns or exchanges to the address above via UPS. We will accept returns for items which are defective upon receipt. We must be notified of defect within 72 hours of receipt via email. Defective items will be replaced with the same or comparable item. Returns for refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days in new and re-saleable condition. Shipping & handling fees are never refundable.
